"Euphausia superba (Antarctic krill) begins to tell her story, inspired by the story told by scientist Rob King. I improvise with water on a Chinese calligraphy mat as I imagine Euphausia beginning life in the Southern Ocean. Sounds are improvisations by animators Arca, Bonnie and Xanthe, from the Victorian College of the Arts, 2019."
